Welcome to the ApplicantSearch™ - Job Matching System

ApplicantSearch™ was designed to match candidates with potential employers based on the specific job requirements for education, skills, and language competence as well as pinpoint candidates who have the appropriate job title and location preferences.

Candidates are then further matched to the job based on the ProfileXT™, a valid and reliable assessment that predicts their success in a specific position at a specific company. Research demonstrates that candidates who match the position are more likely to succeed based on three components:

      Thinking Style -- "Can they do this job?"
      Behavioral Traits -- "How will they do this job?"
      Occupational Interests -- "Do they want to do this job?"

When all three of these components are well-matched to the position, all stakeholders benefit. When they are not well-matched, productivity, morale, and retention all decline dramatically.
